All of the step by step directions provided were clear and the the ferry tickets, immigration details, and transportation van arrangements were seamless. The best part of our day was our guide, Aulia, who knew what we needed even before we asked (anti-nausea oil, sunscreen, towels, flip flops, CAKE!). We were in good hands under Aulia's expert guidance. The Island at Ranoh was so peaceful and fun with excellent activities for all ages. The snorkeling, obstacle course, and banana boat were fun activities and the lunch provided on the island was great.”
